The funeral allowance is assigned to the relative or legal heir of the deceased pensioner or other person who has incurred expenses for the funeral of the pensioner. The amount of this benefit is 7,000 $ 00 and must be requested up to three months after the death, according to the provisions of Administrative Rule No. 46/2009 of November 30, which regulates the Mutual Fund.

Required Documentation

  1. Funeral Allowance Application Form.
  2. Death certificate
  3. Applicant's identification.
  4. Original invoice or any other document that proves the expenses incurred with the purchase of urn or coffin.
